As part-time Account Representative for Peggy Langin State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Your part-time position is 20-25 hours per week, and the schedule is flexible. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Must be bilingual in Mandarin Chinese.
