Syracuse Supply located in Phoenix, NY is looking for a full time Bookkeeping Assistant
Syracuse Supply is a full service supplier of CNC machine tools, parts, and ad operating software. The bookkeeping assistant will work in an office setting, providing clerical and administrative support to our accounting department as needed. The right fit candidate will have a positive can do attitude who enjoys a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Use and create spreadsheets to organize data
- Provide clerical support to other departments as needed
- Call on late Accounts Receivable
- Enter Accounts Payable
Qualifications
- Accounting experience (5 years preferred)
- Microsoft Office required
- Professional communication skills (verbal, written, electronic and phone skills)
- Multi tasking ability
- Self motivated and requires minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player
- Reliability and attendance
Hours
- 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Wage
- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
