We are seeking an energetic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our operations in Arizona. This role is vital in creating a welcoming, safe, and sanitary environment where guests and team members feel valued and motivated to excel. Strong kitchen skills is a must. The General Manager will drive sales growth, profitability, and foster a quality guest and employee experience while offering excellent growth opportunities, benefits, and a 401K plan.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the restaurant management team and team members
- Promote and maintain operating standards and processes
- Ensure a safe, clean, and sanitary restaurant environment
- Support a strong guest and employee experience
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
- Oversee staff training and development
- Manage inventory and operational compliance
- Engage employees and monitor performance effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in restaurant management
