We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Shop Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our machine and fabrication shop. This role involves leading a team of machinists, welders, and fabricators while ensuring quality, safety, and production goals are met.
Responsibilities:• Supervise daily operations of the machine and weld shop
• Assign jobs and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and productivity Qualifications:
• 5+ years of machining, fabrication, or welding experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
