Inside Sales Loan Officer

About the Role

A Loan Officer helps individuals and businesses apply for and obtain home loans. In this role, you’ll learn how to evaluate loan applications, guide clients through mortgage options, and support them through the approval process. You’ll train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leaders as you build a strong foundation in finance, customer service, and sales.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Train directly under high‑performing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
• Learn real sales strategies through hands-on coaching
• Make and receive calls from warm leads from multiple referral sources
• Learn how to navigate our CRM and loan origination systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
• Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
• Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, team-focused environment

Who We’re Looking For (Ideal Candidate)

No mortgage experience? No problem—we train you. We’re looking for people with the right drive , not the right résumé.

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience
• Outgoing, competitive, and people-oriented
• Strong communicator (phone, written, and in-person)
• Motivated by money, growth, and performance incentives
• A self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding after training
• Organized, proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused
• Someone who wants to win , not just work

The pay range for this position is $30576.00 - $30576.00/yr.
