We are seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator with supervisory experience to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to lead by example on the production floor. This role plays a key part in ensuring operations run efficiently and safely.

Location: Phoenix, AZ!

Schedule : 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays and overtime)

Pay rate: $22/hour (pay may increase based on experience)

Duties:

1. Operate and monitor production machinery according to company standards

2. Set up, adjust, and maintain machines as needed

3. Lead and support a team of operators to meet production goals and timelines

4. Train new or junior operators on proper machine use and safety practices

5. Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate mechanical issues when needed

6. Maintain quality control and ensure all products meet specifications

7. Keep accurate records of production, downtime, and team performance

8. Enforce and follow all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:

1. Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial environment

2. Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role

3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills

4. Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full shift including occasional Saturdays and OT

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
