Key Responsibilities – Outpatient Occupational Therapist (OT):

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in an outpatient rehab setting
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to improve function, independence, and quality of life
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families regarding therapy goals, home exercises, and recovery progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Arizona
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outpatient therapy, rehabilitation, or acute care settings
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills
