Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and manage Agile Release Trains (ARTs) for large-scale enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAFe methodology, Agile frameworks, and program-level coordination across multiple teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to Agile environments
- 3+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in a Program-level Agile role
- SAFe Certification (SAFe RTE or SAFe Agilist preferred)
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master managing multiple Agile teams
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale, complex Agile programs
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Release Train (ART) events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
- Align multiple Agile teams toward common program objectives and timelines
- Identify, track, and help resolve program-level risks and dependencies
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to SAFe and Agile best practices
- Collaborate with Product Management, Business Owners, and stakeholders for program success
- Support teams in delivering high-quality increments on time
