Tucson Illegal Pete's is hiring for Front Line Crew Members , bonus points for bar experience ! Are you engaging? FUN?! Want to make above-market wages?! Ready to make Illegal Pete's the place to be?? We want YOU! Think full-bar, two levels with a bar on each level, events, amazing food, newly renovated patio, new kitchen equipment, and a ton of fun located on University Boulevard at the Main Gate of the University of Arizona!

MORE MONEY - $25.30 - $27.30 per hour including tips for Front-Line Shifts! $30.00 per hour with tip potential for Bar Shifts!

We believe in paying a Living Wage and that’s why your base rate plus tips will allow you to make more than any other fast casual around. Front Line base rate starting at $18.81 plus tips depending on experience, skill, and/or education. Bartenders start at $12.00 plus tips. Front Line Crew Members are responsible for excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed. All in benefits and pay up to $68,000 per year!

Requirements of the job

• Create an atmosphere that celebrates individuality and relaxed human connection
• Deliver excellent guest service
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
• Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
• We use E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires in AZ.
