Legal Admin
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Legal Admin to join our client to support a busy legal team and help drive efficient case management. In this role, you will coordinate a variety of administrative and litigation support tasks that keep legal operations running smoothly. You will partner closely with attorneys to prepare documents, manage deadlines, and maintain organized case files. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to a fast paced insurance defense environment where accuracy and follow through are essential.
Compensation:
$30 to $36 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm Arizona Time
Key Responsibilities of the Legal Admin:
- Support attorneys with drafting, formatting, and organizing legal correspondence, pleadings, and case materials.
- Maintain detailed case files, calendars, and deadlines to ensure timely preparation and submission of documents.
- Coordinate communication with internal teams, courts, and external parties to streamline case progression.
- Assist with discovery tasks, document management, and general litigation support activities.
- Deliver high quality administrative support that promotes accuracy and efficiency across legal operations.
- At least four to five years of experience as a legal assistant within insurance defense or a comparable litigation practice.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and document preparation.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Skilled in communication, organization, and working in a fast paced legal environment.
- Proficiency with legal software and common office applications is preferred.
