Seeking a multi-trades Utilities Technician to conduct utilities maintenance to join our team. Responsible for maintaining and repairing building facilities and utilities equipment.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
An hourly pay rate of $41.65-$43.65, plus Shift Differential $2.00

Insurance eligibility begins on 31st day of employment
11 paid holidays
Will start on a Monday- Friday day shift schedule and eventually transition to a night shift, 2/2/3 schedule (6:00pm-6:30am)
$2500 sign-on bonus
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:
Plans & completes all preventive and corrective maintenance of all facility and office equipment to include but not limited to the following: Boiler water treatment, Boiler steam and condensate systems, Ammonia refrigeration system (chillers, rooftop units, cooling towers, air handling units, etc.)
Maintain reverse osmosis (RO) system and components
Monitor and control all wastewater recycling center equipment
Provides improvement project support as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years of experience with mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, boiler, and knowledge of chilled water glycol systems. Refrigeration certification preferred. Ability to technically maintain equipment. Technical associate degree or certificate preferred
RETA Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO) certification required within 6-12 months of employment
The usage of contact lenses are not allowed in ammonia areas
SKILLS:
Ability to manage work orders and review maintenance plans and optimize to drive reliability of equipment
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to maintain, optimize and improve production equipment, with key plant indicators such as safety, quality, cost.
Use of mechanical system – hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical drive systems
The approximate pay for this position is $41.65-$43.65. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
