Position Title: Plant Operator I

Location: Bapchule, AZ 85121
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 7-month contract with potential for extension

Shift: 2nd Shift Role - Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour (W2)

Need: Responsible for loading liquid bulk trucks, fulfilling packaged product orders, maintaining a clean and safe facility, performing light maintenance (pumps/PVC), and operating a forklift.

Interview Process: 1-Phone Screen, 2-IN Person/Virtual Round

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Plant Operator I to support daily production and facility operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and efficiency.

• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to enter data using a tablet or digital device
• Technical aptitude preferred
• Basic math proficiency

Pre-Employment Requirements

Conditional starts are permitted; however, the following must be successfully completed and cleared:

• Federal, State, and Sex Offender background checks
• Drug screening (rapid test acceptable; full test completed by CHR)

Primary Responsibilities

• Load bulk trucks with liquid products using a bulk loading system, including attaching hoses and pumping to designated compartments
• Fulfill packaged orders (totes, drums, pails) in accordance with customer and facility requirements
• Perform routine plant cleaning, housekeeping, and general maintenance to maintain a safe and orderly work environment
• Conduct light maintenance tasks such as PVC piping installation and hose replacement (pump and PVC experience preferred)
• Operate a forklift (experience preferred; BASF certification provided if needed)

Schedule

12-hour shifts

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Flexibility required to assist with 1st Shift if needed
