**Sales Operations Sr. Analyst - Center of Excellence** ***This is a hybrid position based out of our Tempe, AZ office. Qualified candidates must live within commutable distance to this location. *** **Position Overview** ADP is looking to hire a Sr. Sales Analyst (part of the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence function) to help us drive change management, support the Sales & Partnerships organizations in improving infrastructure including tools, systems and analytics. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the sales teams for the deal closing process, evaluating documentation, and providing detailed assistance to our underwriting team. Collaboration with sales teams and internal partners is essential for success in this role, particularly regarding policy changes. Must have a strong background in sales support and a proven ability to adapt to change quickly as this will be pivotal. This is a highly visible and instrumental role to our sales organizations. We are seeking an individual who has high-energy, likes to win, and thrives where things move fast, and deadlines must be hit without exception. **What you will be responsible for:** + Manage and validate client data and work directly with sales team to ensure accurate collection of key documentation + Knowledgeable of closed deal requirements & auditing to ensure accuracy + Ability to work independently and meet individual & team KPIs. + Work independently to resolve challenges and provide creative solutions to sales' issues and questions + Demonstrated organizational skills like the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner + Facilitate documentation of core procedures and ensure they are updated as the business and partner relationships evolve + Perform end-to-end analysis on processes to identify bottlenecks and challenges to find opportunities for improvement. + Manage quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment + Bring an analytical and problem-solving mindset to standard challenges **What you bring to the table:** + A college degree is nice to have but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other forms of acceptable experience include: + 3-5 years operations experience (ie Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, FP&A, Insurance) + 1 years in Insurance a plus + Strong internal relationship building skills + Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards + The ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations + Initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP. + Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and categorize high-level information. + Strong Microsoft Office experience. + The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently while making sound decisions + Excellent analytical and time management skills + Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to communicate + Ability to formulate problem statements and structure analyses to identify root cause, provide options, present findings, and support decision making + Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix teams + Ability to strive in fast-paced evolving work environment + Project Management background another plus \#LI-JC1 \#LI-Hybrid **A little about ADP:** We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
