TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Sierra Vista, Arizona, 85635!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12s Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year preferred in Med Surg Telemetry License: RN License Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Required Must-Have: Healthcare experience required, one year experience for travel positions preferred. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med Surg Telemetry unit. The facility has a total of 34 beds with a patient ratio of 6:1. The patient population includes geriatric and adult patients, with occasional pediatric patients not assigned to travelers. The Equipment used includes Alaris pumps, SCD machines, feeding tubes, and tele monitors. The Electronic Health Record system utilized is Cerner. Supervisory support is provided. Flexible and willing team members are encouraged to apply. The dress code for clinical staff is scrubs, with closed-toed shoes required.
