As a problem-solving Client Manager , you’ll be the trusted advisor for active QuickBooks customers, helping them solve business challenges and up-selling tailored solutions. You’ll run 10–15 scheduled appointments daily, using a proven sales methodology to deliver high-impact results.

• Diagnose customer needs and recommend QuickBooks solutions
• Drive consultative sales with confidence and creativity
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Master internal tools and systems
• Prioritize your time like a pro to maximize performance

Compensation & Perks

• Base Pay: $23.50/hour

Location: Onsite in Tempe, AZ area then HYBRID after training
Schedule & Training

• Training: 5 weeks onsite

o Training Shift/Schedule: Mon–Fri, approx. 9am–6pm

• Post-training: Hybrid
  • Shift/Schedule : Assigned 8-hour shifts between 7am–7pm MST (likely 10am–7pm)
• No time off during training or Thanksgiving week (except Thanksgiving Day & Black Friday)

What You Bring

• We’re looking for a sales superstar who’s ready to grow:
• 3+ years in a quota-driven sales role
• Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills
• CRM experience and a metrics-first mindset
• Creative problem-solving and decision-making chops
• Tech-savvy with 35+ WPM typing speed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• SAAS, accounting, or tax software experience = big plus!
