We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy Relocation Referral Coordinator to support the department’s operational excellence and agent/client experience.

Position Overview
The Relocation Referral Coordinator plays a critical role in the daily operations of the Relocation Department, supporting the full life cycle of both inbound and outbound referrals. This role requires someone with strong communication and organizational skills, independent thinking, and a service-first mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable with systems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating seamless relocation experiences for clients and Advisors alike.

Core Responsibilities

• Referral Management

  • ​​Process all inbound (Broker-to-Broker, Affinity, Corporate) and outbound referrals in eRelocation

  • ​​​​Collaborate with the Relocation Director on referral assignments and follow-up

  • ​​​​Input and maintain accurate referral data, including status updates from active through closing

• Client & Agent Communication

  • ​​​Conduct initial counseling calls with incoming buyer referrals prior to agent assignment

  • ​​​​​​Communicate clearly and consistently via phone, text, and email with Advisors, Relocation Management Companies, and Affinity contacts

  • ​​​​​​Maintain a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness throughout the referral lifecycle

• Payment & Data Processing

  • ​​​Process outbound referral checks and input them accurately into Lyon Connect

  • ​​​​​​Support accurate reporting, compliance, and internal tracking for referrals and financials

• Problem Solving & Independent Execution

  • ​​​​​​Use sound judgment and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and support successful referral outcomes

  • ​​​​​​Work independently to meet department timelines and goals, while also contributing as a collaborative team member

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate, relocation, or administrative operations strongly preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms (eRelocation, Lyon Connect, Google Workspace, etc.)

• Confident working independently while managing time-sensitive tasks

• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills essential
