Key Responsibilities:

· Drive Sales Success: Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious sales goals and exceed performance targets. Own the execution to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

· Mentor: Manage, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide guidance, identify training needs, and ensure continued growth and development.

· Expand Market Reach: Lead initiatives to tap into new markets, develop innovative action plans, and expand our customer base to accelerate business growth.

· Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns, proposals, and promotional strategies that will resonate with clients.

· Maximize Profitability: Provide accurate, competitive pricing, and ensure that all sales activities are strategically aligned with maintaining high-profit margins.

· Client-Centric Focus: Maintain strong relationships with clients in your territory, resolve concerns, and provide top-tier customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

· Leadership: Hire and recruit top talent, ensuring your sales team meets high standards for productivity, performance, and customer engagement. Mentor your team through coaching and hands-on support to develop their selling skills.

· Accountability: Manage expenses, track sales metrics through CRM systems, and maintain precise records of pricing, sales activities, and performance to guarantee consistent success.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Be flexible in scheduling and available for weekend work when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

· Print industry experience, wide format graphics experience a plus.

· Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.

· Strong customer service and presentation skills, with exceptional communication abilities (both oral and written).

· A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with the ability to travel locally.

· Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team to peak performance.
