Responsibilities

• Handle food with care, following strict food safety protocols to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination
• Serve meals efficiently while providing friendly, attentive customer service that enhances the dining experience

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation standards in line with health regulations

Requirements

• Proven dietary aide or dietary department experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry or restaurant settings
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services preferred
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting
• Prior experience in fine dining or hospitality environments is a plus
