Clinical Operations Director - Patient Care Services

Essential Responsibilities:

• Spearhead strategic planning and execution of patient care initiatives across multiple departments
• Drive clinical excellence through evidence-based practices and quality improvement programs
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize patient care delivery
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state healthcare standards
• Develop and implement innovative patient care programs that enhance health outcomes
• Manage operational budgets exceeding $5M while maintaining cost-effectiveness
• Foster collaborative relationships with physicians, staff, and healthcare partners
• Lead performance improvement initiatives based on patient satisfaction metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Current RN license in Arizona or eligible for reciprocity
• 5+ years progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations
• Demonstrated success in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
• Excellence in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
