Registered Nurse - Med Surg. Travel assignment in Tuba City, Arizona. Start date 04/06/2026 for a 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift is 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, three 12-hour shifts per week. Setting: surgery center. This is a travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Weekly pay ranges from $1,828 to $1,871.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care toAdult patients in a med-surg setting, including ongoing assessment, monitoring, and documentation of clinical status.
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy, provide wound care, and assist with postoperative care and patient recovery.
- Develop and update care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team; educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Monitor for clinical changes, respond to deterioration per policy, and assist with procedures as needed; ensure patient safety and adherence to standards of care.
- Document nursing care accurately in the medical record and participate in discharge planning and coordination with physicians, case managers, and support staff.

Requirements
- Licensure: A valid, current, full and unrestricted Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or a territory of the United States.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association; Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months of hire; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) completed within six months of hire.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a nurse in an acute or sub-acute facility.
- Additional: Ability to work in a med-surg/acute care environment and participate in required orientation; orientation is conducted biweekly.
