Massage Therapist

Dr. Marie Cipollo, DC PLLC, is seeking a professional and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our chiropractic and wellness clinic in Mesa, Arizona. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys therapeutic, treatment-focused massage and wants to work in a clinical environment alongside a chiropractor helping patients recover from musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.

Our clinic focuses on patient-centered care, and massage therapy plays an important role in improving mobility, reducing pain, and supporting chiropractic treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional massage therapy tailored to patient needs.
• Perform therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point, and recovery-focused massage.
• Work collaboratively with the chiropractor to support patient treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes for each session.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and professional.
• Provide excellent patient care and maintain a welcoming environment.

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Massage Therapy License (or graduating soon and eligible for licensure).
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• Knowledge of therapeutic and clinical massage techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow clinic procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in clinical or medical massage.
• Experience with deep tissue, sports massage, or injury recovery.
• Desire to build long-term relationships with patients.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Independent Contractor (1099) position.
• Pay Range: $38–$42 per session plus tips
• Part-time schedule with opportunity to grow.
• Flexible scheduling.
