Location: sneakybird – Gilbert

Pay: $15.50/hour + tip pool (starting)

Hours: 35–40 hours per week after training

Schedule: Mostly to fully open availability required, including weekends

Position Overview

As a Key Team Member , you’ll play a major role in daily operations, guest service, and team support. This is a growth-focused role for dependable, hard-working individuals who are ready to take on more responsibility and develop into leadership.

You’ll be cross-trained in multiple areas of the restaurant and gradually trusted with higher-level operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest
  

• Prepare food to sneakybird quality and speed standards
  

• Operate POS and handle orders efficiently
  

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  

• Support teammates during peak hours
  

• Assist with opening and closing procedures when trained
  

• Help uphold store standards and culture
  

Requirements

• Mostly to fully open availability (days, nights, and weekends required)
  

• Able to work 35–40 hours per week after training
  

• Reliable and strong work ethic
  

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  

• Positive attitude and leadership mindset
  

Preferred (but not required):

• 1–2 years of management or leadership experience in the food industry
