Job Overview
We are seeking a Temporary highly organized and detail-oriented Onsite Coordinator to join our team.

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday

Payrate $18.00-$20hr DOE

SUMMARY : The On-site Staffing Coordinator Manager is primarily responsible for effectively meeting the temporary help and/or training needs of a major client. Specifically, the individual in this position: Delivers high quality service to the customer and temporary employees by matching the skills of temporaries to customer needs. Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service. Performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality service and performance. Manage a team of Onsite. Work in production when needed.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS :

• Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer and utilize it to provide effective customer service and ensure orders are filled with quality placements
• Customize or enhance recruiting, training, recognition, and retention
• Implement custom orientation program for temporaries which incorporates customer’s policies
• Supervise customer development activities to create and maintain a strong business relationship with the client
• Conduct regular meetings with the client to ensure strong communication
• Monitor and address personnel issues and concerns quickly and effectively
• Reconciles payroll to ensure accuracy in preparation for final approval and payment processing
• Monitor and maintain profitability of the client account
• Schedule, check-in and provide pre-assignment orientation to all temporary employees
• Monitor temporary employee attendance and performance, coach and counsel as needed
• Coach and counsel temporaries to ensure quality performance including meeting productivity and quality goals and to achieve job satisfaction
• Report and communicate all incidents at the client’s location to Workers Comp.
• Answer telephone to provide desired information for customers and temporaries
• Maintain customer and temporary employee records to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Perform duties of the On-site Supervisor or On-site Staffing Specialist as necessary
• Performs daily walk through's to maintain and ensure company policies, safety and procedures are being for all staffing and customer activity
• All other duties that may arise to ensure the successful operation of the company

Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in staffing and recruitment across various roles and departments.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed client expectations for candidate qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using online recruitment tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual a plus
• Payrate DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
