Get Kaizened, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Documentation Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring clear, accurate, and well-organized documentation that supports our products, services, and internal processes. Responsibilities
- Develop clear and concise technical and non-technical documentation tailored to diverse audiences.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to collect accurate information and validate content.
- Manage document version control and maintain an organized repository for easy access.
- Review and edit documentation for grammar, style, and clarity.
- Assist in creating training materials and onboarding documentation for new employees.
- Adopt and promote documentation best practices and tools within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a documentation specialist, technical writer, or similar role.
- Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to understand complex concepts and translate them into clear, accessible language.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, MS Office, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
