Process Engineering Technician
Location: Casa Grande, AZ (12710 N Murphy Rd)
Schedule:
• Start on Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + OT
• Later transition to a 4-day weekend shift with 2 weekdays off
Pay: $25–$30/hr DOE

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineering Technician to support, maintain, and improve automated manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined and eager to learn. You will work directly with production equipment, conveyor systems, motors, and calibration tools to ensure smooth and efficient operation on the manufacturing floor.

Training is available for motivated candidates with strong mechanical aptitude — experience in industrial, maintenance, or production environments is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, conveyors, and gearboxes
• Perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnostics on 3-phase motors
• Assist with equipment setups, adjustments, and continuous process improvements
• Calibrate sensors, instrumentation, and production equipment
• Support high-speed packaging or automated equipment (training provided)
• Work closely with process engineers and maintenance teams to maintain uptime

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on tool experience
• Experience with conveyors, gearboxes, motors, or industrial equipment preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues logically and safely
• Willingness to learn new systems and grow with the facility
• High-speed packaging or automated machinery experience is a plus , not required

Entry-level candidates are welcome — training will be provided.
