Are you an experienced family law secretary with 3+ years Arizona experience? If so, we have an opening for an expanding family law department. We are seeking a skilled Family Law Secretary to join a busy team as soon as possible. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law, particularly in Arizona, we encourage you to apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of family law matters including child custody, child support, divorce proceedings, paternity cases, grandparents’ rights, and adoption.
• Proficient in drafting various legal documents including pleadings and correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing case files.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal secretary, preferably in family law.
• Strong understanding of Arizona family law procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. Occasional drafting of letters.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
