Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Consultants. This independent contractor position offers flexible scheduling with both part-time (5-10 hours/week) and full-time options available. You'll work remotely, helping clients understand financial strategies including retirement planning, insurance-based protection, and wealth accumulation.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on financial concepts and strategies
• Help clients develop customized financial plans aligned with their goals
• Provide ongoing support and guidance on budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning
• Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and licensing requirements
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional service

Requirements

• Age: 18 years or older
• Citizenship: U.S. citizen
• License: Valid state life insurance license required (training and licensing support available)
• Background Check: Must pass background check
• Availability: Commitment of 5-10 hours minimum per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service or management experience
• 1 year of professional experience (but not required)
• Financial knowledge is helpful but not required - comprehensive training provided

Compensation
This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor position with earning potential of $65,000 - $115,000+ annually based on performance and hours worked.

100% remote - no door-to-door sales, no cold calling, no telemarketing
