Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified Independently Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in Arizona.

Whether you join as a W2 Employee or an Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and size of caseload you desire!

Behavioral Health Solution's (BHS) team of mental health treatment professionals specialized in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Responsibilities:

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person in Skilled Nursing Facilities and remotely using company-provided Telehealth software.
• Completes documentation in a timely fashion remotely in our EMR (Athena I).
• Compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Arizona licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC
• NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Professional Liability Insurance.
• Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
• Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
• TB Test.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

• Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay

• $48,000 - $100,000 annually DOE and Pay Model
• Billable Rate Model, no waiting on reimbursements
• W2 and Independent Contractor options are available.
• Compensation is determined based on licensure (Independent vs Associate level), pay model preferred, and experience.
