CDL-A OTR Driver | Home Every Other Weekend | No Touch Freight

Position Overview:

We're hiring Class A CDL drivers for a nationwide Over-the-Road position with consistent freight, flexible miles, and reliable support. This role offers no- touch freight, home time every other weekend, and the opportunity to earn more by becoming a driver trainer. Whether you're running solo or training, you'll have dependable pay, quality equipment, and 24/7 support from dispatch.

Position Highlights

• Pay: $0.52–$0.56 CPM (based on experience)

• Average Miles: 2,000 per week

• Top Performers: 2,300–3,000+ miles weekly

• Freight Area: All 48 states, mostly east of I-35

• No Forced dispatch to NYC and the 5 boroughs

• Home Time: 12 days out / home every other weekend

• Freight: 100% no-touch, dry van

Trainer Program (optional):

Earn more as a trainer!

• $250/week while a student is on your truck
• Up to $1,000 bonus when your student upgrades
• Earn up to $20,000/year in trainer incentives

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

• At least 21 years old

• Clean driving record preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
