Job Title : Production Operator – 3rd Shift
Client : Aerospace Industry
Duration : 6 Months (Temp-to-Hire)
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Shift : 3nd shift (10:30PM – 7:00AM) - Monday to Friday

Must Have: Experience with Sand Blast/Grit blast/ Grinding/ Belt sanding/ Chiseling/ Tack welding/ Brazing/ Aerospace industry

Qualifications :

• Responsible for supporting various production areas including grit blast, grinding, belt sanding, chiseling, tack welding, brazing, cleaning, and additional tasks as required
• Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability
• Familiarity with Lean principles to support continuous improvement
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must successfully pass required assessments, including annual exams
• Must meet performance standards within the first six months
• Intermediate computer skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Consistently use appropriate PPE and safety equipment
• Follow and comprehend written instructions accurately
• Maintain proper documentation including travelers and log sheets for all operations
• Meet established production time standards
• Use precision measuring tools with accuracy
• Manufacture parts in accordance with certification and quality requirements
• Support cross-training efforts for team members
• Maintain clean and organized work environment using 5-S principles
• Ensure regular and punctual attendance
• Comply with all company quality standards
• Uphold and promote the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with peers, supervisors, and customers
• Perform other duties as assigned
