- Help set up, stock, and maintain stations for service
- Support kitchen production throughout different service periods
- Assist with prep, slicing, replenishment, plating, and general kitchen flow
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Jump in on dish, cleaning, opening, and closing duties as needed
- Communicate clearly and work well with the team during busy shifts
- Kitchen, prep cook, line cook, or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Dependability and consistency
- A team-first attitude and willingness to cross-train
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
