There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.**Microsoft – BusApps Managing Director specialized in increasing customer value through multi-solution adoption and establishing repeatable growth strategies across RSM capabilities****Activities & Scope*** Analyze current RSM Microsoft client portfolio to identify single capability clients (white space)* Partners closely with sales teams to position next-step opportunities, and driver broader adoption across the Microsoft portfolio* Document current “attach rates” for Microsoft BusApps (ie: how many F&SC clients have other BusApps services, 1M services or RSM LoB services)* Lead client QBR’s* Build trusted C-Suite relationships**3 Goals of this Role and Success Measures*** Portfolio and account expansion (SMC, enterprise majors plus enterprise strategic)* Net new BusApps growth, new 1M growth and expand into additional RSM LoB growth* Increase customer value through multi-solution adoption and measured through improved client retention rates* Develop repeatable growth strategies between RSM sales, delivery, 1M and other RSM LoB**Qualifications:*** 10+ years experience working for the Microsoft organization directly* 15+ years of Microsoft ecosystem experience, majority with BizApps* Experience working with $250M+ Microsoft ecosystem integrators* Must possess strong communication skills, proactiveness, fluency, interpersonal skills and manage task assignments for yourself and within teams. Must have advanced problem solving ability.
