Overview
Harper Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator- Labor Compliance for an Combat Training Tank project at MCAS Yuma in Yuma, Arizona.

Responsibilities
- Maintain labor compliance with policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Support the labor compliance team with daily contractor production reports, recording work hours in the payroll log, and maintaining electronic copy files of project documentation.
- Verify all Subcontractors have a signed contract, insurance coverage, and bonds (if required) prior to commencing work onsite.
- Provide other administrative duties as necessary, including meeting minutes, handling of mail, office supplies, typing documents, filing, and organizing team lunches.
- Support the project team in daily communications and record keeping.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of labor compliance experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the construction field.
- Experience interacting with subcontractors.
- Knowledge of Labor Compliance, Davis-Bacon Act
- LCP Tracker and Procore knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits
- $25.00 to $28.00 hourly pay range
- The offered rate will be based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience.
- This position is eligible for our benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance. We also offer a 401(k) plan with company match, company-paid holidays, and vacation.
