Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) position is available to provide essential services to elementary school students in Florence, AZ. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive educational environment, focusing on direct therapy, assessments, evaluations, and active participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. The position is based at a single school site, ensuring consistency and a stable caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations
• Collaborate in IEP development and implementation
• Manage a caseload capped at 97 students, supported by two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings

Qualifications:

• Arizona SLP License with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• No Clinical Fellows (CFs) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) eligible for this position

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week
• School hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:00 AM 3:00 PM; Wednesday from 8:00 AM 12:45 PM
