YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

This estimating position is instrumental in fostering strong relationships with customers and winning lucrative commercial construction projects for our company. You're responsible for gathering project documents, collecting essential information, and attending pre-bid meetings to create accurate estimates and comprehensive bid proposals for potential clients. Analyzing project drawings, methods, schedules, materials, and labor requirements, you determine the scope of the project and come up with cost estimates. You also think of potential risks and account for these in your estimates. As you present bid proposals and collaborate with clients, coworkers, or contractors, you play a huge part in our continued success!

Here's what you need to become our Estimator:

• 2+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, contracts, and government regulations
• Ability to develop your industry knowledge and willingness to participate in on-the-job training
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
