Standard Mon - Fri Work Week

Responsibilities:

• Work together as a team to accomplish company and branch office goals
• Install doors, frames, locks, hinges, and other typical supporting door hardware
• Read and understand Architectural drawings, hardware schedules and shop drawings
• Coordinate with operations for the delivery of materials to the job site
• Understand and learn Commercial Hardware
• Interact with the General Contractors to ensure the job progresses according to plan
• Build a strong relationship between ESI and our customer - identify their needs and create a strong partnership
• Keeping a professional and courteous ongoing contact with our customer during and after the install
• Support our foundation in the stated areas of safety, customer focus and teamwork
• Other duties maybe assigned

Qualified Candidates Will Possess:

• Their own vehicle to get back and forth to work in a timely manner
• Their own basic tools. (Screw drivers, hammers, pliers, wrenches, screw guns, drills, etc.)
• Strong communication skills
• 1 to 5 years field experience installing commercial doors
• Possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass drug screening & background checks - no felonies
