Currently, we have a Commercial Escrow Officer opportunity with the nation's leading provider of title insurance and transaction services , known for financial strength, stability, and a culture of innovation. The Commercial Escrow Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Handle commercial escrow transactions, including large or multi-parcel sales and loans.
• Prepare and review escrow instructions, settlement statements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with title commitments and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate closing activities, including document execution and fund disbursement.
• Calculate prorations (taxes, insurance, interest, rents, etc.).
• Assist clients with escrow processes and provide status updates.
• Support construction loan disbursements and maintain records.
• Train and support escrow staff as needed.
  

Required qualifications for the position include :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of escrow experience, including complex transactions.
• Strong knowledge of title insurance, escrow procedures, and real estate documents.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred qualifications for the position include :

• Coursework in real estate or real estate law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow systems.
  

Pay Rate : $ 42.12 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
