Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for performing maintenance of facilities equipment. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing minor equipment faults, as well as using Facilities Management Systems (FMS) to control building temperature and humidity. The technician will repair and maintain equipment using electrical and control voltage, and perform basic facilities duties such as changing filters and assisting with office moves.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of facilities equipment.
• Use Facilities Management Systems (FMS) to control and maintain building temperature and humidity.
• Repair and maintain equipment using electrical and control voltage.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of shop equipment and measurement instrumentation.
• Perform basic facilities duties, including changing filters and assisting with office moves as needed.

Essential Skills

• 3 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Shift and Pay

• M-F
• 2nd shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm
• $22-30/hour DOE

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
