Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and sales-focused Customer Service Representative to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products and services that best fit their interests. Responsibilities * Present and explain products and services to prospective customers. * Support promotional and sales initiatives to achieve individual and team goals. * Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. * Address customer questions and concerns while supporting purchasing decisions. * Follow up with prospective and existing customers to support sales opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. * Collaborate with team members to achieve customer engagement and sales goals.* Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. * Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. * Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to learn. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
