The Bistro Queen Creek in Queen Creek, AZ is looking for one barista to join our 10 person strong team.
The restaurant has just been taken over by a French couple, and the team has already been in place for a long time; it is a young and dynamic team.
We are located on 22721 S Ellsworth Rd #107.
Our ideal candidate already has solid barista experience and is able to handle pressure and serve drinks quickly during rushes, while keeping their station well-organized and managing inventory. Latte art would be a plus.
Hours : shift are from 6:45am to 2:30pm, You are available during these hours, and you work 3 or 4 days a week
Advantage : You are paid every week. You receive cash tips daily and card tips weekly. You get a meal at the restaurant during your working hours.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- We serv alcool, you must have the title 4 training. If you dont have we can pay for you to do it.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
