In our model, students complete their core academics in two concentrated hours each day using AI-driven platforms. The remainder of their time is spent on something just as important: engaging workshops designed to cultivate essential life skills, intellectual curiosity, and personal confidence.

You won't be reading from scripts or managing a conventional virtual classroom. Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic online sessions that challenge students to explore ambitious concepts through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness practices, and beyond. Your role is to mentor them toward autonomy, support their individual development, and equip them with competencies that translate to real-world success.

This position isn't suited for educators attached to traditional schooling frameworks. What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitating engaging, virtual workshops centered on essential life competencies such as creative thinking, effective communication, and analytical problem-solving
• Providing individualized mentorship and small-group coaching to foster confidence, self-management, and executive functioning abilities
• Leveraging platform analytics to personalize support and monitor student development trajectories
• Partnering with peer educators to refine and enhance project-based learning initiatives
• Cultivating an inclusive, energized environment where every student feels valued, understood, and motivated to develop

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Instructing traditional academic subjects—AI tutors manage that component
• Following scripted lesson plans or maintaining a conventional classroom structure
• Evaluating assignments or preparing standardized curriculum materials

Learning Experience Facilitator Key Responsibilities

Guide student development and real-world preparedness by facilitating impactful, practical learning experiences within a dynamic, entirely virtual school framework.

Basic Requirements

• Current US teaching certification from any state
• Background in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 experience preferred)
• Confident virtual communication skills; adept at leading sessions via video
• Availability for full-time engagement (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
• Prepared to start within 2-3 weeks
• Enthusiastic about contributing to a technology-enabled, learner-focused educational environment

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
