Responsibilities

Mayo Clinic Arizona is seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic Blood & Marrow Transplant (BMT) team . This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients undergoing hematology, transplant, and cellular therapy treatments. We’re looking for team players who are driven by excellence and a deep sense of empathy for patients and their families.

Position Highlights:

• Integral role in both the Cellular Therapy Clinic and inpatient BMT unit
• 10–12 hour daytime shifts
• Rotational schedule including holidays and weekends
• Potential future rotation to outpatient clinic or night coverage (not currently required)
• Supportive team environment with strong collaboration and camaraderie

Qualifications

Acute Care Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as an ACNP.

Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice.

Additional Qualifications:
Active BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date required.

Schedule Details

NPPA positions for expanding coverage of the Cellular Therapy Clinic (CTC). 12 hour daytime shifts: 7a-7p in the CTC and rotate into inpatient 6a-6p. Cross-train to outpatient clinic dependent upon dept needs. Possibility of night shifts in the future but not part of current expectations.

Weekend Schedule

Position will include rotating holidays and weekends.
