Physician Assistant (PA‑C) – Sleep Medicine

The Insomnia and Sleep Institute of Arizona is a leading, rapidly growing sleep medicine practice with three convenient locations across the greater Phoenix area. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional, evidence‑based care for patients with chronic sleep disorders. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Physician Assistant (PA‑C) with either experience in sleep medicine or a strong desire to develop expertise in this specialty. You will work closely with a full‑time, fellowship‑trained supervising physician and a multidisciplinary team of sleep experts. This role offers the opportunity to build deep clinical knowledge, develop long‑term patient relationships, and contribute to a practice known for innovation and excellence.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and follow‑up visits for patients with sleep‑related conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under physician supervision

• Educate patients on sleep disorders, treatment options, and lifestyle strategies

• Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR

• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, respiratory therapists, and clinical staff to ensure high‑quality, coordinated care

• Current Arizona PA License

• Experience in sleep medicine or strong interest and willingness to undergo structured training

• 1+ year experience with EMR systems

• Strong communication skills and a patient‑centered approach

• 4‑day work week

• 10‑hour shifts

• No overnight call

Compensation details: 105000-125000 Yearly Salary
