Store Associate
Retail Sales Associate
Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry. We are currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Tolleson, AZ.
Starting pay $18 an hour!
Weekly paychecks!
Company-paid benefits after 90 days!
Day shift - Monday - Friday, some Saturdays
Essential Job Duties:
- Professional and positive customer service-driven approach
- Take credit card and cash payments
- Answer customer questions about supplies, products, & services
- Process customer sales with prompt and courteous customer service
- Follow up with customers in regards to their orders and account
- Additional duties as assigned by manager
Required Skills:
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must pass felony background check
- Computer and email skills
- Well organized, plans effectively and prioritizes time according to what matters most
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive upbeat personality who focuses on opportunities rather than obstacles
- Ability to manage Outlook appointments and respond to emails in a timely manner
