Purpose:

To deliver top-tier service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and service work on a variety of systems.
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain findings and recommendations.
• Ensure all work complies with current codes and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and vehicles.
• Complete accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Participate in continuous training and stay current on industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 24 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Clear background check & pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)
• Prior experience as an HVAC service technician preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
• EPA Certification required
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols
• Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills

Pay:

• Training Pay: $18–$25+/hour during training
• After Training: Performance-Based Pay (Commission Structure)
• Annual Earning Potential: $80,000–$200,000+

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekends as needed
• Year-round work

Work Location: In person (Tucson, AZ)
