As a Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the service department through administrative tasks, invoicing, and customer communication. Service Administrator Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support including emailing, answering phones, filing, scanning, and data entry.

• Assist with customer invoicing, including data entry, review, and communication.

• Support accounts payable by entering service vendor invoices into the system.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the company’s computer system.

• Assist the Service Manager with additional administrative tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred).

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Comfortable learning new systems and working across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous administrative or service department experience.

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Primarily a sedentary office role with occasional filing and light lifting.

• Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and use a step stool as needed.

• Use of standard office equipment including computers, phones, and printers.

• Work is performed in a clerical office setting with regular interaction with shop staff.
