About Us

West Coast Automation is a mechanical contractor that specializes in building automation – providing state-of-the-art HVAC control system, electrical, and A/V solutions to commercial and industrial clients in the Western United States. About This Role

As a n Account Manager , you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and recommending solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and sales acumen to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

What You'll Do

• Generate new leads and follow up on existing opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct site visits and consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to clients.
• Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in Sales related to Automation, HVAC or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
