Regional Project Manager

Eaton's North American Sales division is currently seeking a Regional Project Manager to join its team. This hybrid position can be based in one of the following locations: Chandler, AZ; City of Industry, CA; Las Vegas, NV; Littleton, CO; Pleasanton, CA; Roseville, CA; San Diego, CA; Tukwila, WA; or Wilsonville, OR. The role focuses on Eaton's complete Electrical product portfolio, with an emphasis on power distribution solutions (including switchgear and switchboards), control systems, and field engineering services. This is a high-impact opportunity in a rapidly growing industry, offering strategic collaboration with sales partners, strong visibility to senior leadership, and direct engagement with top-tier customers. **What you'll do:** The primary function of a Field Based Project Manager is to allow for greater levels of Sales productivity by fully engaging in and taking ownership of all post Purchase Order activities. The PM role is expected to create value for the Eaton sales team, product divisions and customers, acting as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all project milestones are met. The project manager is ultimately responsible for the successful execution of the largest, most complex, and highest risk electrical projects sold at Eaton. This position focuses on commercial construction, multitenant high rise, healthcare, education, industrial, and utility projects. This position has a target total compensation range of $120,000 - $202,400.00.
