The ideal Product Director....

....will be passionate about helping solve social health barriers and related health consequences for Medicaid and Medicare members. Will partner with our care program team to lead the design and implementation of innovative technical and human support systems. Will lead the growth and advancement of existing programs by identifying new features and modifications to enhance user experience, outcomes, and sales channels. Will program manage and drive results in implementing change. And will possess the ability to learn and adapt quickly as well as an extreme level of attention to detail on all aspects of business process and software development.

Responsibilities:

• Understand end user needs: Continually drive R&D efforts by managing and facilitating workgroups, reviewing data and end user experience workflows, completing independent competitive analysis, and pursuing research leads delivered by key stakeholders
• Design and communicate platform strategy and roadmap, both near-term and strategic long-term, maintain agility and adjustments based on evolving business and market needs
• Align stakeholders and prioritize platform development: Based upon product strategy and roadmap, develop (both individually and with team members' assistance) detailed business requirements documentation to enable prompt and efficient product design and development
• Drive collaboration: Manage approval and communication process for all new features and releases to include coordination with internal stakeholders, clients, others as needed
• Support Sales and Client Management teams with relevant platform materials, information, and by presenting at client and executive facing meetings (usually virtually via video), and occasionally industry conferences or similar forums.
• Data driven strategic approach: Establish and monitor best practices for R bring a metrics-driven, customer centric, and strategic approach to platform management and design.
• Effective communication: Ability to clearly articulate the product strategy (what we are doing and why we are doing it) in a way that inspires confidence, understanding and excitement.

The Ideal Applicant:

• Bachelor's degree in software development, business, health care technology, management or related
• 8+ years' experience in a product/platform/program management role for a technology enabled product and ideally in a health care environment
• Specific experience implementing and managing a Salesforce Health Cloud environment at scale, with complex integrations. Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), particularly in mobile development
• Experience operating in an Agile shop
• Basic understanding of user experience (UX) design processes
• Ability to bring together and facilitate design discussion with cross functional teams and diverse product input groups, and to then synthesis ideas into product design documentation requirements in an efficient and assertive way
• Ability to intake diverse information quickly and effectively and to generate from it strong decisions and business direction
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Experience leading and managing to deadlines and deliverables, particularly among a team of peers
