Summary: Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing compassionate and routine healthcare to patients in their homes or care facilities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of elderly individuals, convalescents, and persons with disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing and dressing
- Administer medication and perform wound care as needed
- Educate family members on patient care techniques
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Possess a positive and patient demeanor
Copper Sky Hospice was started to promote excellent patient care at the end of life by Dr. Kevin Jackson and his spouse Barbara Jackson, who strive to provide outstanding and innovative patient care delivery.
Dr. and Mrs. Jackson previously owned and operated multiple medical agencies across Maricopa County since 2001, all sharing the goal of improving patient care in the Valley. Copper Sky Hospice is their latest creation with the philosophy of providing hospice care to eligible patients, sustaining the highest possible quality of life until death, and using their experience and expertise to deliver unrivaled hospice care.
